Jay Gregston, M.D. Dr. Gregston was born and grew up in Duncan and graduated from Duncan High School in 1989. His ties to the Duncan medical community stem from grandfather, Jack L. Gregston, M.D. who haws practiced in the area for over fifty (50) years. A 1996 distinguished graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Dr. Jay Gregston completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City in 2000. He and his wife Jill and their three children immediately returned HOME to Duncan. He served as Co-Director of the Emergency Department at Duncan Regional Hospital from 2001-2005 and presently enjoys using his ER skills to care for minor injuries and many other health care needs in the urgent care clinic that he and Jill established November, 2005.
Jennifer Loucks, PA-C Mrs. Loucks, a certified physician’s assistant and a 1999 distinguished graduate from the University of Oklahoma’s Physician Associate program, hold a Masters of Health Sciences. Dedication to her profession and her patients is very important to her and that is why she is committed to staying current with the latest medical advances through continued Education courses. Mrs. Loucks has proudly served her community for the last eight (8) years; two (2) years with Dr. Tom Crow at Crow Family Medicine, and four (4) years in the Emergency Department at Duncan Regional Hospital, and since November, 2005 here at UrgentMed Clinic. Jennifer obviously has an excellent range of clinical and hospital ER experience. We are very thankful that she is a part of our healthcare team and certainly appreciate her knowledge, compassion and attentiveness to patient care. On a personal note, Jennifer and her husband Jeff are life long residents of Stephens County. They enjoy motorcycles but their passion is son Jace.
Ruth Ann Snider, ARNP Ms. Snider is a graduate of Midwestern University, Wichita Falls, Texas with a Masters Degree and Certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Growing up in Lawton, Ruth Ann graduated from MacArthur High School and attended college at Cameron University where she received her associate degree in nursing. Ms. Snider has served the health care needs of Stephens County for the past ten (10) years; the first six (6) years sharing clinic time with Comanche area and, until October 2007, full time in Marlow. Her passion for horses keeps her very active in the Barrel Racing world in Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi.
Missy Schreckengost, ARNP Beginning her medical career in Oklahoma City, Mrs. Schreckengost served in the Emergency Department of Deaconess Hospital and has the distinction of being the first Nurse Practitioner to be employed in their Urgent Care Department. Missy then spent four and one half years practicing in a Family Medicine Clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas, returning home to Oklahoma in January, 2007. She received her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Oklahoma in 1994 and then her Masters in Science from OU Health Sciences Center in 2000. Missy is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse Credentialing Center; however, we are thankful for her experience also covers Urgent Care and Emergency Medicines. She, husband Kris and their two children live in Duncan.
